@SaintLuther you should add a command to check if a player is in buildmode. its hard to know if a player is in buildmode and driving around in a vehicle killing players. The Anti-build mode killing does not detect is a player kills a person with a car.

Can confirm,  right now, you build something & within 15 minutes it gets cleared because its lagging so much.
could this Addon be modified to detect the exact player(s) thats causing the lag and remove their props but leave everyone elses?
or extend the amount of time it takes before everything is cleared?

I changed it to freeze props rather than cleanup the map. If freezing props doesn't remove the lag, than it will cleanup the map after a few more seconds.

Every weapon in this category received changes to their damage, fire rate, recoil, etc. Changes are viewable within the spoiler below.
Spoiler:
Damage changes do not take into account the randomization that takes place when a bullet is fired. 
Damage variance is 85% ~ 130% of a weapon's base damage.
You can also find this information here.
Weapon Name: AK47 Beast
Path Name: ak47_beast
RPM: Reduced from 685 to 600.
Magazine Size: Reduced from 35 to 30.
Damage: Reduced from 34 to 25
Spread: 0.02
Notes: This weapon was extremely overpowered with its former stats, hopefully the reduced rate of fire, damage, and magazine size will bring it closer to balance.

Weapon Name: Balrog V G36C
Path Name: g36_balrog
RPM: Reduced from 750 to 675.
Magazine Size: 30
Damage: Reduced from 28 to 23.
Spread: 0.02
Notes: Giving this weapon a slight nerf in damage and rate of fire to bring it closer to balance.

Weapon Name: Crossbow
Path Name: scout_xbow
RPM: Reduced from 300 to 180.
Magazine Size: 10
Damage: Increased from 45 to 55.
Spread: Increased from 0.023 to 0.025.
Notes: Increasing the damage in exchange for a little more spread and slower rate of fire might make this weapon used more often.

Weapon Name: Divine Flintlock
Path Name: divine_flintlock
RPM: Reduced from 300 to 60.
Magazine Size: 1
Damage: Increased from 45 to 75.
Spread: Reduced from 0.02 to 0.015
Notes: I never saw this weapon used, unless someone was memeing, so I'm giving this weapon a damage buff to compensate for its singular shot.

Weapon Name: L96 Dragon
Path Name: l96_dragon
RPM: 35
Magazine Size: Reduced from 17 to 10.
Damage: Reduced from 95 to 85.
Spread: 0.01
Notes: The magazine size made no sense, so I'm lowering it to a more logical size, as well as slightly nerfing the damage, but still maintaining its sniping power.

Weapon Name: Lightning AR-1 Guitar
Path Name: m4_guitar
RPM: Reduced from 700 to 650.
Magazine Size: 30
Damage: Reduced from 25 to 24.
Spread: Reduced from 0.025 to 0.02.
Notes: My personal favorite, I'm giving it a slight damage and fire rate nerf in exchange for a minor reduction in spread. 

Weapon Name: Lightning LZ-1 Lara QQ
Path Name: mac_lara
RPM: Reduced from 1090 to 850.
Magazine Size: 30
Damage: Reduced from 22 to 20.
Spread: Reduced from 0.027 to 0.025.
Notes: An interesting weapon, it's insane rate of fire made it a favorite among some players. I'm reducing the rate of fire and damage to give other weapons a fighting chance.

Weapon Name: Lightning SG-1 Umbrella Gun
Path Name: m3_umbrella
RPM: Reduced from 70 to 60.
Magazine Size: 8
Damage: Reduced from 11 to 9.
Shots: Reduced from 9 to 7.
Spread: Increased from 0.035 to 0.04.
Reload Speed: Increased the amount of time to insert shells into the gun from 0.33s to 0.5s.
Notes: This weapon was overused a lot due to the high damage potential (up to 128 damage in a single shot if every pellet had the 130% variance multiplier) so I'm nerfing the damage potential significantly as well as slightly increasing the spread.

Weapon Name: M4A1 Transformers
Path Name: m4a1_beast
RPM: Reduced from 900 to 750.
Magazine Size: Reduced from 38 to 30.
Damage: Reduced from 28 to 23.
Spread: 0.02
Notes: Like the G36C Balrog, this weapon was mostly balanced, but its high rate of fire combined with its damage could be a bit overpowered, so this weapon is seeing a slight nerf to them, as well as balancing out the magazine size.

Weapon Name: SF Ethereal
Path Name: 47_ethereal
RPM: Reduced from 700 to 600.
Magazine Size: 30
Damage: Reduced from 22 to 20.
Spread: Reduced from 0.03 to 0.025.

Weapon Name: SF SMG Tempest
Path Name: tempest_smg
RPM: Reduced from 900 to 750.
Magazine Size: 30
Damage: Reduced from 22 to 20.
Spread: Reduced from 0.028 to 0.025.

Weapon Name: TMP Dragon
Path Name: tmp_dragon
RPM: Increased from 875 to 1100.
Magazine Size: Reduced from 30 to 25.
Damage: Reduced from 20 to 14.
Spread: Reduced from 0.022 to 0.02.
Notes: The TMP is a naturally fast weapon, with low damage, so I'm increasing the rate of fire, and reducing its damage and magazine size to bring it more in line with other weapons. The spread is lower than other SMGs due to its silenced nature.

Weapon Name: Wild Wing Slingshot
Path Name: d_slingshot
RPM: Reduced from 300 to 120.
Magazine Size: Reduced from 7 to 5.
Damage: Increased from 25 to 65.
Spread: Reduced from 0.03 to 0.02.
Notes: I never saw this weapon used either, probably because the damage was so insanely low that it wasn't ever viable, so I'm increasing the damage to motivate more players into using it.

Would it be possible for the server to auto clear Decals every 10 or so minutes?

There's actually already code for this, you just need to set a convar.
Run auto_decal_clear 1 to clear decals every 30 minutes. I'll probably implement this into !lfg so you can customize the frequency.

Can we have this on Sandbox 1? It fixes many of my PAC problems and is overall a better version than what SB1 currently has. I can't even wear some of my PACs on SB1 because we don't have the Github version. We can live without APG on either server, it does more harm than good.

Also, Sandbox 2 doesn't have the console logging thing that Sandbox 1 does (the thing that tells you who used what tool, who is spawning props/sents/etc, or who killed who with what method). Either that or Consultants can't see it.
Edit: It has it, but it's only partially functional. I can see prop spawn logs, NPC spawn logs, weapon spawn logs, and kill logs from the console, but not tool logs or entity spawn logs.

@SaintLuther When you are on a broom, and get jailed it does not put the person in the jail until they get off the broom. When you jail them it will allow them to fly around until they get off.

Also why is it that now on sandbox you get all the tools instead of - Phys Gun - Tool Gun - Camera - Hands -

The server console should be set to sbox_weapons 0
