The same night he posted this application (on ph_starship) I watched ghosting going on in the game he was in, or the way he handled the disrespect that same night which could've been prevented if he had talked to them calmly and didn't threaten to ban them.

As for now my vouch is going to be a -Vouch I don't consider him active on PH, he's more worried about his playtime then paying attention to the game. I've watched him numerous occasions as ghosting was happening in front of him. He might be a great admin on TTT, but on PH he's not even a decent operator.

I have seen him play PH lately, but i think he usually gets on when you arent on, a couple days ago there were some ghosters on PH but votes arent that useful so i asked him to get on and he dealt with the ghosters. If he isnt that good at dealing with disrespect and ghosters maybe you should give him some advice and help him out. What im trying to say here is, he may not be the best PH operator but he tries to improve and i think you should help him improve so he can become what you would consider a decent operator/admin.

You're the one that spotted the ghosters not him, if he had been alone he wouldn't have known about it and would've continued.

Which puts us right back at the if he can't catch someone ghosting then what's the point of becoming admin when he can barely catch any ghosters right now without anyone mentioning anything?

You wouldn't know when he spots ghosters because he tries getting in contact with you, and so have I, and you never respond, so he just asks me instead. Also look at the date the application was made, and the date of my post. He has gotten better at it.

He does pay attention, just sometimes when you're both on, he might think you'll handle situations as well, so he takes it easy. He pays more attention when he's the only staff on, but you wouldn't know that. And like @SCMC said, if you think he's so bad, then instead of doing nothing but minus vouching, help him. That's what admins are supposed to do, help the operators. I've been on when both of you were on, and you've made no attempts to help him improve as a Prop Hunt staff member.

False, I was on another gmod account that night. So technically he was the only staff that was on and not paying attention to what was going on.

I wasn't on the server when SCMC got me. When he got off he asked me to get on. I was on TTT and sandbox. Also Jon if you were were more active on the forums you would know I have been on an LOA and returned Monday. Jon I admit I do not get on PH when you are on for certain reasons I will not go into right now, if you would like to know why message me on STEAM.
