Why should you be unbanned?: At the time of my ban I was on Sandbox #1, killing a group of players. I stopped to build a base. I was placing a prop down building when uber drives into a prop I was holding, sending it almost 3 feet backwards. He immediatly went into the menu and started a voteban on me for 1440 minutes. The entire group I was killing screamed "VOTE YES!" In mic chat and I was banned. I wish to be unbanned because I don't want to be removed from the server for a day for something I didn't do. I didn't intend to proppush uber, and he took no damage from it.

Correction, You were holding a double barrel, and randomly spawned a washer. You proceeded to push me with said washer, thrusting it at my car. I went flying across the map. No damage, sure, however even so. You cannot do that. Also, If you were making a base, why were you out in the open? Holding a double barrel?

You were driving into me. I spawned a prop I was going to use which sent you flying, but honestly it wasn't that far.
I didn't mean to proppush you. Its my fault and I accept the blame, but I didn't actively do it.

if he does it once to you, and you haven't been hearing any prior complaints, a 1 day voteban is overkill. If he didn't even continue trying it on you or someone else, there was no reason to initiate a voteban. Did you even check to see if he kept doing it?

After talking to @uberchargedgmr (briefly, he wasn't very talkative), it sounds like it was an accidental prop push, and a voteban is an extreme punishment for an accident. I will lift the ban.
