What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
Recently I have been playing TTT and I've noticed that a lot of the staff are on LOA's. I would like a chance to help out the server once again and help fill in that spot for the missing operators or admins. I am relatively active on the server and I will try to get on everyday for a few hours. I have experience using logs for RDM, etc. I still can learn some things but everyone has too. 

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

+Vouch. Has shown much improvement after his last app and although he isn't ready for admin he showed great work today and shows he knows the rules well enough to be op. I think it is worth giving him a chance since he has been much better in a lot of ways.

He has been a helpful member of the server and I have encouraged his reconstruction of self. He is a great member of the community and has changed. He even pointed out the breaking of rules by Sans on the server in a ghosting attempt. Once Sans told him it wasn't ghosting, Shad even lashed back and told him he was wrong and that he could ask a staff member.

He has become a nice server asset and has aided me when the server has a lot of people and no other staff are on. He is my little lookout buddy and I love Shad. He helps lighten moods and is really fun.

+vouch As of late, I have only seen good things from Shad. He had a period where his behavior was a bit questionable, but I always expected him to right himself again.

He is great to play with and one of the most fun people in the community to have in the server. I think he is ready to get his power back and take up the mantle of operator again.
