Description of offense and evidence (screen shots, logs, etc.):

grittles_099 and one other person (Itzel, I will make a thread once I get his steamID) were causing havoc. Specifically, they were prop blocking, prop pushing, and grittles was using an e2. Unfortunately, I only have evidence of the spawn blocking by both of them, but will try to get more in the future. Also, they tried to frame me by putting a mingy E2 on me then saying I had a mingy pac (no evidence at the moment, will get more in the future if possible). In the screenshots I provide, three of them will show me looking at props owned by either one. Their names show up in the left of the screen in red due to a gmod feature that displays who owns what.
