My arguments against Charlemagne, and why he is a bad admin

Hey, thanks for clicking on my thread. I'd like to get input on this, but please nothing like "oMfg I agree charleman is a fucKJIng stupid retard jew haha fwasdt an ed-causing batch of vigara xDd," only actual arguments as to why Charlemagne is a good/bad admin.

First off, why I'm making this thread. Charlemagne has been a bit of a nuisance to me ever since I met him. Some of this is justified, but a lot is not. I'm actually making this so people know it's not just random minge against Charlemagne, but instead him being extremely disrespectful to me as well.

Now, my arguments.

1. I feel like Charlemagne, or @TrueCrimson, is never actually on when there's serious rule breakers. That's handled by members, or other admin. I can't prove that he's using something such as neutron to determine whether anyone's breaking rules and whether or not he's using that data to make sure to avoid it, but I can certainly say I have never actually seen him deal with anything above micspam or chatspam.

2. He's extremely disrespectful to many others but as soon as anybody insults him slightly, he gets extremely angry and starts telling them to stop arguing and disrespecting admins. Let me just say here, neither in Sandbox, Prophunt, or TTT there are any rules against admin disrespect, just arguing with admins, and he twists that much that simply having an opinion that he does not share may result in a mute, or permamute if he has "warned you" enough times. I do have to commend you for having no rule against admin disrespect @SaintLuther, people really only should have respect if they can earn it.

3. Charlemagne seems to think he's being "forced" to be an admin when people tell him they don't like how he admins. The only real thing that he does is join to ruin the fun, yet he has a "Holier-than-thou, Mightier-than-though, Better-than-thou" attitude. I've only seen him act like he's an equal with some admins and @SaintLuther, as well as the consultant and most likely the advisors I imagine.

Those are my main reasons, as well as the fact that he's extremely prejudiced against me and some others, waving a power wand like pmuting me for a minute as some sort of threat.

I don't have much business posting on this thread, im just gonna provide my input from when I was active. The first time I met Charlemagne, i complimented him on Teamspeak and he poked me back telling me to "fuck off." He's extremely hot-headed and escalates forum drama for more than it has to be.

The only person he kow-tows to is @SaintLuther, anyone else providing him input or instructions usually gets told that they're inferior (or receive a similar response) and for over 4 months I watched him make no changes to his behavior.

I've vented to people about it before, but now that im almost completely out of this community I see no reason to just provide my full input on him, since at this point I don't care much if I start something.

1) Just got back from and LOA so I was only on in my free time which was minimal. Bet you didn't know that one because you ignore it.

@Dogesky That was because I took what you said as being a condescending dick because you messed me after 4 straight insults when I asked people to leave me alone.

2) You constantly call me the N word which i have expressed as a major insult and have warned you for months to stop. Call me and idio idc saying racial slurs to me is not okay.

What you take as disrespectful tone is my normal tone. I openly said if you have a problem with it tell me instead of pushing more buttons. @SCMC has done it before and so have other. I'm naturally a loud person.

I am more blunt than others and if that comes across as crass then sorry but you need to realize what you have been pushing it so long you are upset I don't let you get away with it. I have been ignoring you for a while and all you do is still try and get under my skin. That says a lot when I have been trying to not interact with you lately.

1) I was active and on 3 servers before my LOA

2) Not how that works. I don't let anyone call me it without. Only you and Demonik do it and Demonik has stopped for the most part lately so I haven't needed to mute or gag him for it. I have never called anyone the N word on our servers or use any of the language you like to use for the most part.

3) Then don't interact with me. I leave you alone. Not once have I ever gotten on the server to blatantly talk or attack you.

4) Yeah I am blunt if you actually sat down and stopped trying to push my buttons you would realize that. I help you in a calm voice when you ask. I even tried to help with you car/dick thing last night even though i didn't have to.

Here is what I see from Charlemagne (being someone who doesn't do 24/7 bullshit on the servers and get on his bad side). 
First off I know Charlemagne can be an ass sometimes (no offense) I tend to only see it from him when someone like demonik gets on and starts causing problems left and right. The majority of people on LFG who can't stand Charlemagne in my opinion are all people who cause problems in some way on the servers that he ends up dealing with. Also Pwnzer I know there isn't anything about racism in the rules (as far as I have seen) but seriously not everyone on LFG is a fan and if told to stop (which not doing has led to pgags in the past) you probably should stop. It doesn't matter if you think you are allowed to do it or not when it comes to a person calling an admin a "Insert racist term" and not stoping when told to stop it becomes harassment and disobeying staff. If it was me I would have done the same thing, because it isn't hard to either stop calling the staff said thing or just to turn off your mic and walk away. Charlemagne isn't perfect though no one is but he does a good job as a staff member when I see him on ttt. I've never seen him go out of his way to target someone who isn't doing anything wrong or ignore people causing problems.

total bullsh*t. I have seen him ban more than one e2 abuser first hand and more. Even on his loa he got on just because things got out of control.
