upload website issue

https://lfgs.co/u/ has been acting strangely lately. At first, the page would constantly auto refresh for no reason and now whenever I try to upload something, including something I've already uploaded, I just get an error that says "failed to generate hash" any advice?

This probably started when I moved the website over to a new server. After some more testing the only problem I had was with the maximum file size, which I fixed. I also did a bit of recoding on it which might(?) fix the problem you're getting but I couldn't reproduce it.
