Rainmeter Skin Sync

If you guys have Rainmeter you can sync my skins with yours using a GitHub repository I made. I make new themes out of combinations and can take requests as well. Most of the work goes into layering sound visualizers under parts of the image. I do this by cutting out parts of the image with photoshop, setting the original as the background, and then using Rainmeter to create a layer over the visualizer. Well first off wallpaper engine costs money, and you can only have one thing loaded at a time. Rainmeter is free and you can load any amount of plugins and create layouts and move them around. Rainmeter has a better community in terms of sharing stuff as well. They both use up similar amounts of resources.

Windows 7 Support? If not, I'm Depressed. Since I couldn't Find anything like that, I just Coded up a C# Background program. It Sucks, But it works. I just want something Free, And Versatile.

It works on Windows 7 and 10 confirmed and I think it works on 8 and 8.1

Or you could get pro for $14 or the home version for like $11. Why deal with all of the BS if you can actually get that much for $14. I'm not a Windows fanboy btw, I actually prefer Linux for most applications, it's just that a lot of utilities are made for Windows and not much else.
