Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I believe the current active staff team on SBox 1 is in need for a new staff member to help with the daily minge on the server. Recently, I have seen several E2/PAC3 abusers as well as well as intermittent prop-pushing/prop-killing, along with other rules being broken. Even with my limited powers as a member, votekicks/bans do not always go through, and other members seem to shrug it off. This tends to lead to me to have to wait for the voting cooldown to end, or asking another member to start a vote to get rid of the offender. With the administrator role, though, I believe it would benefit the server wholesale with my previous staffing experience and understanding of the current rules, as well as supplying my own experience and teaching to any of the other staff members that might need it. I would also like to offer my own suggestions at some time for rule improvement, being that some are not descriptive enough or new ones could be added.
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
I have held two other staff positions during my time on Garry's Mod, one set being two Sandbox servers and the other a HaloRP PvP server. I staffed the sandbox servers, SCI Sandbox 1&2 for about 4 months before my resignation due to issues with the owner and other staff being abusive, from August to December of 2016. The HaloRP server I was staff on was Firefight Network's HaloRP server becoming staff in July of 2018 and ending in November of 2018. The server shut down due to low playercount, and I continued to staff on their Discord. I was forcefully removed from staff with almost no warning for deleting a NSFW image from a non-NSFW channel inside of the Discord, posted by the server owner Polar, leaving the server permanently right after, due to that incident and Polar himself being abusive and extremely condescending to me.
