[Upheld] I i am the straw that just happened to break the camel's (Server's) back, is it fair?

Why should you be unbanned?: The server crashed, and it was apparently me. I just wanted to cause a tube effect, so I placed a tube trail can and sent it flying. At least that's the last thing i did, and it has never caused a crash before. 

While i did spawn in a fairly big dupe, i only unfroze a single prop from it all, maybe two, but no more (I couldn't tell more because the server crashed here). While the dupe is big, it is stable and has never caused a crash while frozen.

My defense that this crash was not my fault is that the server was under heavy load at the time from the amount of spam everyone else was doing. The server was already chugging fairly hard because of the amount of stuff placed. If someone checks the logs, the game world had all of its props frozen to prevent lag, probably the first time in a long while in account of the spam. Things that i did witness would be enough plane props placed down to fill half of construct (all unfrozen), just as many bus models and train models (they found the actual prop of it and that's 
how it could be spammed). people were prop pushing and killing a lot, which while it was consented to and not spam, does cause lag on the account of the other props moved. The bus glitch, which has destroyed the server before (where you set the weight of a bus to 1, it breaks physics, and starts to lag a ton) was used enough to fill the stadium outside of spawn. 

Since the server was lagging so hard, UHC should have forced everyone to calm down or have cleaned the map(he was there for a good portion of this) but instead I have been banned for spawning in a single prop that pushed the straining server over its already reached limit.

Fun story: earlier @M-E-T-A spawned the exact same thing you did. He unfroze it and guess what happened? Server crash. This was with only 5 people on, barely anything else spawned. So yeah, it's safe to say you caused it this time as well.

@UHC to crash the server you need to unfreeze the whole thing. i unfroze a single prop from it. If you think back to when [S][U][L] was banned you would remember that he had it placed for over 10 minutes, frozen, and nothing happened.

It happened yesterday. You spawned the cans dupe, unfroze it, server crashed then you left and joined ttt. Both xenon and Napoleon were on when it happened as well.

How many times do I need to repeat this? There were four people on at this time. Me, you, xenon and Napoleon. You spawned an adv dupe that was a can mess and unfroze it causing the crash. The only way someone else did it is if they spawned something that is also able to crash the server at the exact same time you did.
