Bengis used to be a Sandbox admin, yes.  But that doesn't really matter considering I used to be a Sandbox admin, then got demoted, then permanently banned, then became member again, and am now an admin again.

There's also no reason to not give Bengis member back, he hasn't even done anything bad recently.
