7/1/22 - Staff TS Harasser Removal

The message at the bottom of the screen that told staff members to join TeamSpeak has been removed. Using Chat is an acceptable alternative to TS.

I haven't implemented a method for detecting if a player is in chat yet. When/if I do, I might add that.
