Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
While i was operating, I encountered a total of two speed hackers and further inspecting I found VAC bans on both accounts.
An Admin privilege would allow me to ban said hackers or future hackers from crossing Lenny Face   
I'm confident i'll do great justice plus greater reason to stay active!

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
Currently, Admin on MC, Owner of a CW server, and operator on LFG Deathrun.
