[Approved] New Map

I think that gm_mobenix_v3 should be added to the list of maps. It is a gigantic map, has a lot of locations, a spawn area that allows you to teleport to different locations around the map, and also has a lot of build space. It also has a club and a bowling alley that both actually play music and bowl correctly. Here's a picture of one of the areas:

This map will only be for sandbox.

keep in mind that the area in the picture is only ONE part of the map. there are several other parts that are just as big or bigger than this.
