Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
iv'e been playing on this server for quite the while, and have seen a lot of autism and rarely any operators on the server, if i become a operator on this server, I could be able to make everyone happy by teaching the new kleiners that come everyday how to cade and stop kleiners when they are making ''cades'' or making the cade people make ''better'' by piling props on it and teach them the way it should be made.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
I have no operator experience whatsoever but i have been learning from the other operators, even though I have no experience of being a operator, everyone has to get started somewhere.
