What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on? 

 LFG Deathrun server.

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.

1.In the morning there is a strong presence of Spanish players are really a nuisance, the commands that I have access are currently insufficient.
2. Many players do not respect the rules, they are given a warning and still do not understand I try to do something about it but usually things get out of control .
3. I have a lot of activity on the server, practically since I bought the game 

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

admin  in other games (cs 1.6) (minecraft) which are currently closed, commands and rules are similar.
