[Approved] Its vital for operators to have access to Temp Ban

The current Zombie Survival server is in absolute chaos at the moment, even with staff online they find ways to evade our commands. A group of individuals have come onto the server with the intent to completely disrupt the gameplay and harass other players. They continuously mic spam, chat spam, and verbally harass players causing them to leave. As well as disrespecting staff and avoiding punishments by leaving. When we gag/mute them they leave the server, rejoin and start the entire process over again. We have tried vote banning them but its a group of 5-6 people plus 4 others who think its funny and they all vote no which is enabling this to continue.

I only ask that we be given access to temp ban (not permanent) because there isn't an admin we can call to ban these users on a daily basis. Only operators who don't have access to commands. I would have posted a Ban thread on this issue however I just think its a necessary thing for Operators to be given access to a ban. It can even be as small as 24 hours. Just something to deal with those who evade the rules by leaving.

A lot of responsibility and time required for that position. I just don't have the time to be on the server as much as a 'conventional' Admin should. Which is I'm refraining from applying currently.The only active staff (and by active I'm referring to those who are on every other day) are the operators, and none of them have access to the ban command. Now if one of them were to apply (except alpha no offense buddy >,>) then that would be great.

Umm, Idk what to say about this post.. I would honestly like the servers admins to get temp ban only because admins are never on, people mess around to much, and we need more admins

I kindof like that idea, it seems like a good one. Perhaps not as long of a ban as a normal admin but still enough to drive away people who do harm. Perhaps say....an hour or so. I believe this would be quite helpful for almost all of the servers as that admin oftentimes arent on all of the time and it would be good to have a larger force that can ban. I like this idea.

I have created a ULX command that allows operators to start votebans for up to 1 day that only require 25% to pass. This should solve the problem without giving too much power that could be abused.
