[Rejected] TTT rank changes suggestion

Hey, after being a succesful admin in ttt for a while now, i've seen we could make a few changes in commands and maybe add a couple ranks to keep the server running even better.

Here are some of my ideas;

Pre-Op. 
ok, so this would go before operator. Now this could be for either real too trusted people, or for people who want to become ops.
This rank would be able to slay, voteban, and some other stuff. Obv no ban, and no Fun commands, now this is pretty much
the most important thing, no fun commands or anything that could be even a bit abusable.

Also, this would come with some changes in operator, like Votebans, (75% sounds good enough) and more times to slay. Also all the others like kick and stuff.


High admin/ (insert nice name here)
Well people in this rank would need a bit more of stuff asked then admin. Ex: really active (at least twice a week) And would have some more power: Couple more fun commands, More ban times, and well, some other stuff.

Now, i think this could benefit the server in : Less abuse, less rdmrs, Distribution of power, And a little bit of variety, because there are only 2 staff ranks atm.

Didn't we try this, or at least discuss this same idea awhile back? It didn't stick, so clearly it won't this time. The Pre-Op thing, at least.
