You should add the mcmmo plugin so players are rewarder for their dedication to the server. Mcmmo allows you to level up stats Axes/Swords/Mining/Etc... So the more you play the tiny bit stronger you are in that area. Once you get super high level in each stat you can get glowstone drops (Like 1 per 50 blocks mined I believe) It isn't too op though. I've been level 500 in swords and still took 5 enchanted diamond sword hits to kill a iron armored player.
