1.     What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

2.     Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
   I feel like I am always on when no staff are on. I want to be able to have a game with staff and have less rdmers. When I am on, there are usually "No mods, No Rules" chants that I want to be gone while I am on. I think I can see the difference between actual rdm vs. accidental rdm and can judge if they are actually sorry for what they did.
3.     Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
    I have (sadly) not been an admin or op on any other servers
4.     Do you agree to the admin rules stated in the Rules forum?

In my experience raz3r is not the kinf of player who "follows the rules". also, by all of his past bans i would think twice on having him on our staff team.
Also i havent seen you on lately.

We are all entitled to our opinion so I will at least thank you for telling me what I should work on doing better

He does follow rules. If he didn't I wouldn't vouch for him. He is on regularly and keeps people in check if things are going south.

Follows rules and seems like an ok guy. He is a scrub tho . I think he would be a good operator on the server.

I honestly don't believe that you know what RDM is.

maybe you should apply later, once you've shown everyone that you can be trusted. Being an Admin/Operator is a huge responsibility, and it's hard to give that power to people. I'm not saying you wouldn't be a good operator, because I'm sure you would, I just don't think you're ready for the responsibilities required of one.
