What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I have been an Operator for a few weeks now, and I have lost the careless attitude that I once had. I feel that I can take on the responsibility of being an Admin.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
If I'm not mistaken, about a month as a Operator on this server.
