What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on? 
The DarkRP server.

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I would like to be operator as a first step to becoming an admin. I would like to be part of
staff because I am on frequently, and I would like to make the server a better community 
by stopping the players that consistently break the rules and avoid punishment. I also want
to make the server more enjoyable by hosting more RP events and to see what the community 
could use to have more fun and to make note on what should be rules when some things are exploited.
(obviously just letting higher ups know what could help players when they don't come forward or not taking seriously)

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
None, but I have tried my best to prevent mass rdm/rda, job abuse, and prop abuse on the DarkRP server.
