What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
          I think I could be a good operator. I follow the rules now and I am always on with rdmers. When I am on, there are usually no staff so the rdmers just keep rdming until they just leave the server and join back later with full Karma. I contact admins to get on but it takes a bit long. To shorten the process, I want to help the situation out by becoming an operator to stop the rdmers. I want to be able to punish the rdmers and people who break the rules and show them what they have done is wrong. Of course, I will be fair and not abuse my possible powers by just slaying them for 100000000 rounds. I can handle rule breakers accordingly.
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
          None so far in Gmod. I have been a guard in an old minecraft prison server if you count that. I basically watched for people killing randomly and hacking.

          I agree with everything in the rules.

id just like to say that Krypton is also a mass RDMer and he made it his goal to get everyone banned or demoted on ttt

I did want to state that I am not vouching for Raz3rBlade for the following reasons:

1. He has been Karma Banned at least once or twice. (Now I have to say that a few of our Operators have as well, I believe some before and some after getting Operator. I haven't, just sayin')
2. I have not been seeing him using Reports recently, and instead attempting to VoteASlay that player...which usually doesn't go through and then that player goes un-punished...did I mention Operators/Admin's are on at those times? He would do better to use them when they aren't there or when they are AFK.
3. I have seen him RDM in the past & he said in his app above: "I follow the rules now". This is all in the past...but

I was just wanting to bring it up for those contemplating vouching. I'm not against it, but I am not vouching either.
