The API (which is never wrong) says you're Steam sharing, and you have the same IP as the other Steam account that was banned. So please, stop lying.

If he doesn't want to come clean then this should just be Denied because if he is just going to lie to staff when the staff have the correct & valid evidence to prove he is guilty then why even let him lie some more, so if he doesn't come clean this appeal should just be Denied and locked so it doesn't get ugly/bad in a big argument.

It kicked you with the incident ID in the reason. It wouldn't kick you unless the API was a match for that Steam ID.
Here's another permanent ban you have for hacking on a different community.
