Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
Well, there currently is no staff for Prop Hunt aside from Saint, Puscy, and our Consultants. There aren't a lot of rules for Prop Hunt, but one of them that I've seen be broken quite commonly lately is both chat and mic spamming. I can vote gag/mute, but only if enough people vote, and usually they don't. I've heard several people already complaining about the mic abuse by one user, and I attempted to vote gag him twice, both of which failed. I wish to be an Operator, so that I may actually rely on actual gagging when people don't want to hear other peoples' music played over mic, or people spamming in chat (or bypassing the censor).

I know I don't meet the time limit requirements for this application, but I'm spending more time on Prop Hunt, so I will meet this time requirement soon. Also I don't know if the time is for both Prop Hunt servers or if each tracks their own time.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

Admin on LFG's Sandbox Server for a few months.
