[Denied] Operator Application

Hey guys, 
 I, [LFG]TZP Infection, am running to be am operator for Lenny Face Gaming Deathrun. I have had experience in staff in 4 other servers, and I have had lots of experience. I would like to be an operator because I want to help and benefit the server. I agree with the rules 100 percent. I feel like I have done well as a premium donator, and would like to help at a bigger scale. I hope you agree with me and have a wonderful day (or night)!

-1 vouch well me and him had a friendly argument about what to do about a kid that was targeting. Nothing serious but every time it died down, he brought it back up again. I voted to mute but of course half of the people on the server didn't even know how to vote. I think he needs a bit more knowledge about the rules and how to be an operator correctly.

And since you know the rules so well, I assume you know that targeting isn't against them?

Yes ik it's not against them, but it is still very annoying. That's why should not be an operator he made such a big out of something that isn't even a rule.

You made an argument and everyone agreed with me that you were making such a big deal out of practically a new user. It isn't fair that he should be punished so greatly for something so small. Targeting isn't against the rules, and I disagreed with you, making you get into my personal life and try to get me deranked. Not cool.

Also, I take my job very seriously. That is why I put so much into it, because I want whats best for the server and to try and understand users who don't get along.

I'm defending because he deserves a second chance. Instead of kicking him, tell him it's not ok. Inform him about the rules instead of just punishing.

Plus, I told you what you did wrong so you could learn from your mistakes instead of bragging about your personal life for another hour. Then when someone joined, you told them all about it even though they had no role in it. You were the one who kept bringing it up, and I was just defending myself.

Even after i said im done argueing you told me to admit my mistakes AFTER i had let it go. You kept on bringing up the arguement and wouldn't let it go. Actually you were. You said you were in 9th grade in 11th grade classes when I first started to talk to you. Then you called me a kid. Not only that but you went out of your way to try and cancel my operator application. I never said anything about him being a god but I did say he deserved a second chance and he practically did nothing punishable except for a few warnings. Plus I NEVER said I was an expert. I said I took extra time to train for it but you completely made up the fact that I said I knew all of them. This is the last post I'll make for you, so I'll sum it up for Saint. I logged on to LFG Death run somewhere about 12 P.M. We were playing on goldfever when someone by the name of Squiddy refrained on killing me and 1 other but stayed and killed pikachu imstead. He then said that he was contacting admins. I said for him to chill a bit, as he was getting a bit angry. He asked me why I was defending him, so I said that he doesn't deserve that punishment. He told me that I wasn't familiar with the rules, and told me some of his personal life on his education. He said he was an administrator on this server, but left for another server, but then came back and WASN'T an admin. So after I had some clues that didn't add up on why squiddy should be kicked. After I told him about this, he kept avoiding the subject and complained about his situation some more. After a while he tries to mute me, saying I was "abusing him". The vote was unsucessful, and people continued to support me via private chat. He then said I wouldn't let it go, saying I was too salty. He then left, then posted about me on here. That is what happenned, and don't deny it pikachu. I went back and checked my facts so it'll be clear you're lying. Anyway, If there is something I should improve on saint, please let me know and I would happily change for the better.
