New Admin Mentorship Program

This is me telling future admins/operators that I'm starting a kind of "training program" to teach people how to be operators and stuff. Once I feel you have efficiently learned the ways of the admin, I will put in a good word for you to become one. I don't know how long the program will be. But seeing as how I'm not on much, you'll have to just do stuff with me for a bit. If a lot of people like this idea we'll have to see if we can get Saint to put in a "Test Operator/ Test Admin" level. It'll only be able to target guests and if they're being unruly I could kick them until they either stop misbehaving or Saint can revoke their level.

I agree with this, but I suggest that the trainers be able to have the power revoke the "Test Operator" if the person is super abusive. Because if they don't people can abuse and will cause the server to empty before someone who can revoke it comes on. So I suggest someone with a higher rank to run the training program like Storm or Saint himself.

This is actually a pretty good idea. Or, at the very least, some sort of guide that has all of the commands an operator or admin can use, how to use them, and what they do. Although this seems like it could work better. Or maybe both could be done? Who knows.

I completely agree except for the fact that Saint isn't exactly a good mentor, and Storm is never on GMOD. I think Saint should just give powers to revoke and give test op to consultants and consultants only.

to be fair, disco is smart enough to figure it out. I don't quite know why I left but I'm sure it was for a reason.
