Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
Well, I want to become a Admin because when I kick someone they can join back right!? So...  the only way a Operator could do is kick and Voteban! Voteban Well other people just don't and i just want to ban them for a matter of time, instead of just kicking them and join back right away!

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience. Well... SCMC helped me like kick out people when their wasn't a admin or operator online!
