What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin 

Sometimes I dont have th proper commands for stuations and have to call and admin to help. If I become admin I will have the commands for those situations and Will be able to punish In the right situations. Me being an admin I will also be able to help other operators with the problems I have had with the limitations of the operators commands. 

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
