I have a very clear understanding about the rules of the server and there aren't enough active staff on the server so this is why i wish to become operator to make the game experience more fun and fair for others 


Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.


I auctully have not had any admin or operator experience but i have had membership experience on many server such a vote slaying and vote kicking when no admins are on (you're not supost to do votes regarding punishments when staff is online)

Yes,i agree to the rules and think they make the game fair and enjoyable for everyone

+vouch As a current Operator on ZS, I know he gets carried away sometimes on votes but he is just doing what he can.
Instead of limiting what a good person can do and getting annoyed they are trying, Give them tools to be successful. I think he would make a excellent addition to the moderator team.

Good, friendly player. He's actually good at the game, even if he is cancer.
Contrary to what @Kry has said, I haven't seen him use votes at all. (probably because he's one of the people smart enough not to use it when staff is on)

You don't "help" anyone when you spam the same vote kick every 2 minutes. If you cant handle votes I doubt you handle power. My only word of advice is to tone it down on votes. Same thing happened to me.
