So what happened is Senpai Spook killed me with a prop for no reason(RDM) and it didnt give me the option to report him and at the time I didnt know you could type !report as well to report people, I thought the only way to report them is when it pops up after you die. So the next round i prop kill him but by throwing it at him and he reports me, then slays me the next round for RDM. Then he tells me if I filed a report then he wouldve slayed himself. So at that point I found out you can just type !report, so I reported him and he doesnt slay himself. Later on he ends up denying killing me and says its not in the logs.

I dont know how to get logs or demos. All i can provide for proof is that it was on this server Trouble in Terrorist Town 24 (+4 reserved) Slot - 104.194.207.74:27027 around 5:20 AM Central Standard Time on the map de_clue.
Hopefully you make the right choice and take actions and dont babysit him because he donates, because if he keeps doing this it will push more users away from the server.

This report is keeping out a lot of stuff

What happened was I accidentally killed him with a prop when we were in the basement. I apologized and he said he was okay about it and laughed about it. The very next round, you intentionally killed me with a prop and was trash talking. At that point I decided to report him for RDM. I cannot recall what his response was, but I decided to slay him for it. After that he starts cursing and yelling at me. I decided to gag him for 5 minutes and I told him that if he wanted me slain, he should have reported me. So several rounds later he reports me in the middle of the game and says that I killed him. Knowing that I hadn't killed anyone that round, I told him I didn't see any RDM in the logs that round. After that he continues to yell and curse at me telling me that I prop killed him. When I asked him when, he said several rounds ago. I tell him that that happened a while back and he should have reported me then, but he gets angry about that, and I tell him that he said he was okay with it at first so I thought the only reason he reported me was because he was angry about getting slain

kk with Senpai here you can't suddenly want to make a report on him for somthing you forgave him for just because he didn't forgive you

Sort of. Lemur got on in the middle of this. He said he's a death run Operator. He probably won't say much, because he didn't seem to really care.

Now that I look back at I should have slain myself, but I didn't because of how disrespectful he was to me

Initially I was respectful, but after you slayed me I wasn't too kind. And there is no way you accidentally killed me. You were hitting the prop against me for like 10 seconds. What did you think would happen?

How can I see a demo of the game? Id like to see how much i was trash talking before he decided to slay me. Im pretty sure majority of my shit talk was after.

it dose not matter if its before or after its against the rules to insult anyone above your rank and you may not argue with anyone above your rank please read the full rules of TTT and the server in general use commen sense you are reporting him after you said you didn't want to report that decision is final you can not change your mind just because he slayed you for revenge RDM

Okay it sounds like this:

Round 1: Senpai accidetally prop RDMed Butters. Senpai apologized, Butters accepted, jokes were had, no big deal.
Round 2: Butters intentionally prop RDMed Senpai, as revenge for the previous round. Senpai reported Butters for RDM, and Butters was slain from the report. Butters got mad, started being all salty, so he was gagged.

--Several Rounds Later--
Butters reports Senpai for the prop RDM that took place in Round 1. Senpai continues to do his job and informs him that it's too late to actually do anything about it report-wise. Butters gets mad and comes here to report Senpai for abuse.

Sounds to me like Senpai was doing his job. You're just being a crybaby cus you got in trouble for intentionally copying an accident. Also, shit talking an Operator/Admin is considered disrespect and also considered arguing with admins and is against the rules.

Also, why do you keep calling it a demo? A demo is a demonstration, if you want a demo of garry's mod, go back in time about 8 years. If you're thinking of a video recording, then unless you were recording with an external software, there is none. @SaintLuther can pull up logs of what actually took place, when it happened, and whether your shit talking was before or after the slay.

Also a friendly reminder. If you're gonna report someone for abuse, the least you can do is get some evidence of the abuse because word of mouth doesn't get a lot of attention, trust, or care, and it makes our jobs more complicated as we (meaning @SaintLuther) has to go look in the logs now if he wants to resolve this himself.

Even if @Senpai Spook's rdm was intentional, you forgave them and later purposely RDM'd him. Revenge RDM is still RDM. If @Senpai Spook did purposely RDM, he should have slain himself even if you forgave him, because it's still RDM. This isn't really a case of admin abuse as no admin commands were abused.

@SaintLuther Did i verbally or over chat forgive him? i actually dont remember. Because at that time I wasnt given the option after death to report and I thought that was the only way.

We don't record audio logs... as for chat you didn't say anything in it.
