-Find Notepad, right click on it, and choose "run as administrator"
-Browse to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
-Next to the "file name" box there will be a drop down that says "text files", click it and change it to "all files"
-Open the "hosts" file
-Copy the list of hosts from below and paste it into the hosts file
-save the file, and restart your PC

Basically, this re-routes all the ad servers to your computer's internal IP address, effectively blocking them. Unfortunately it cant block the timed box the ads appear in, but at least you can take satisfaction in denying the server some ad revenue.
