[Accepted] Admin Application for Sandbox

What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?
I want to be an admin on the sandbox server.

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
 The server has recently been getting more prop pushers and prop killers and I want to stop them. They annoy other players and ruin their time on the server, which can lead to less people playing on LFG. I am often on when admins aren't when they are needed. I just really want to help the server out and enforce the rules. 

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

I do not have any experience on other servers as an admin or operator. 

Do you agree to the admin rules stated in the Rules forum?
 I very much agree with all rules on LFG.
