Why were you banned?: Basically RDM 3 rounds in a row or so. The entire server was trying to do a map-wide easter egg on some submarine map and it got changed via people voting for another map. I didn't really care that much, but somebody in voicechat said something along the lines of "just kill the people who voted for the other map". So I was screwing around when the map started and got picked as a Traitor, so I killed him the first time. For the next 2 rounds, I did the same thing, which, looking back, probably wasn't the smartest idea, but whatever do it for the memes. He never once asked me to stop at all, only just a report or two asking me to stop acting like a kid, or something along those lines. So I did it one more time, and he started a voteban, which got through even though the majority was in favor of me NOT being banned.

Why should you be unbanned?: I'm completely aware killing the guy a handful of times was dumb, I was about to stop the last round I killed him because my karma was around the 700 mark. The voteban was called, and 4 people out of a 12 person server voted in favor, and the other 8 people voted against it. I was instabanned, which surprised me. Attached is a link to a screenshot I took of console of the voteban and the outcome. Overall, I realized I was being a jackass on the server, but not one person asked me to stop, so I didn't at the time. I even announced what I was doing to the server multiple times and nobody had asked me to stop once. If they had, I would've. I was banned in a vote heavily in favor of me staying on the server. Additionally, LFG's TTT is the only reason I play GMod. Whenever I hop on, it's the only server I spend time on, even though I've only recently found it. At the moment, it's just about all I play on steam. I'd greatly appreciate a pardon from the ban.

Edit: The ban was 5 days long for a first offense. I had never been banned for anything before, and only had maybe one autoslay. That in itself should be lowered if it can't be lifted entirely.

Basically, screwed around too much, not something I've ever done before, and not something I plan on doing again. I realize my mistakes and know not to repeat them, especially for something as stupid as what happened.

No actually lol. Not that I noticed. The only form of communication we had was through reports, where he asked me to stop acting like a child or something. That's more of an insult than anything else. If he had asked in a more kind manner I would have, but I don't count that as actually asking for me to stop. If he said something in chat, he was dead and I wasn't, and I couldn't read it.

He literally said, "Stop acting like a child." How does that not mean "stop" to you? He doesn't have to say anything in chat in order for it to be "official." I think 5 days was a bit much but i think you should have the ban reduced and not repealed for not understanding the definition of the word "stop."

I took it more as an insult than anything else. Had he just said "stop" or literally anything else, it would have been fine. I completely realize I was in the wrong, but when does fighting fire with fire end well?

You have to be asked to stop RDMing, or you'll just continue to do it? That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. As I see it, you were RDMing over and over, and got a ban for it. Definitely not up for repeal, and in my opinion not up for a reduction either.

Yeah pretty dumb even in my eyes. If I remember right, I mentioned a few times ingame that if he asked me to stop, I would. I was planning on not doing much, but he sort of fueled the fire with what he said. I realize it sounds really stupid, but I killed the guy 3 times. I wouldn't call it "RDMing over and over". I feel like that would deserve a few autoslays or maybe a ban of a day or less, but 5 days on a voteban where the majority wasn't nearly in favor of banning me? I believe it's wayyy too much.

4 RDMS on one map is typically a 7-day ban. I've heard there might have been other propkills or something as well? In any case, I think 3-5 days is entirely appropriate for the situation.

From what I've seen it's a few slays. Additionally, there were admins on at the time, who hadn't warned me about anything. If somebody had said something along the lines of "If you keep it up, you're gonna get banned", I'd understand and stop. Now that you mention propkills, one of the rounds before I could do anything, he tried to lift a table (it was on TTT Krusty Krab) and he launched himself into the ceiling, killing himself. That didn't involve me.

You can't be entirely mad at Darude, If the vote said 4/12 then someone shoulda had common sense to deny it. On top of that, Trueno was also Right there with him RDMing for the easter egg. And everyone who WAS RDMed forgave it bc they wasnted to see it done so he kinda abused. Thats why he didnt answer any reports after round according to chat.

Furthermore, everyone was sad he couldn't get the easter egg done. They let him kill them and if they hadn't he shoulda been banned on the spot. So Trueno got killed one time and He dropped a ban on him for "the people's opinion" and got 4/12 and passed. SO the people were on his side, but trueno was just had PMS. The people even booed when the ban passed bc they werent against his actions.
