So i was playing sandbox and as a joke i was playing some music and charle got triggered. I ungagged myself and then he called admin abuse and said he would make a report (he did not). For some reason he instead went straight to zell and started screaming. Zell literally gave me no chance to explain and i punished myself anyways.

Also a bunch of witnesses say it was okie.

1. You are an admin of the server. Clearly you know playing music through your microphone is against the rules, yet you felt the need to do it anyways.
2. Other staff members who did not find it okay gagged you, and you abused your admin powers to ungag yourself and continue playing music.

Not only do I feel that you should not be unbanned, but I also feel that you should be temporarily demoted from your admin position after your ban expires, because Sandbox has to put up with enough bullshit as it is from the guests that come on and break the rules. It's pretty fucking pathetic when the staff get on and do it too.

I was one of the witnesses of this, but j3kawesome was too fast as bengis was apologizing and punishing himself by pgagging himself until he was allowed to talk again, but he should not have been banned and @TrueCrimson should not have gone to @Zellogi and should of made a report instead, he is not "special" in a way to the point that he can just get someone banned without making a report cause there was obviously 2 sides to this. I have screenshots of bengis apologizing and pgagging himself cause he is mature (which is why he got admin) and knew what consequences came with doing what he did. It was also bad for him to be banned as this was not a "serious" offense. Anyways onto the screenshots

I ungagged him cause he gag was temporary as it was suppost to be, and he was being good so i ungagged him cause it had been some time, usually gags last 5 - 10 minutes until i lift it, and he had already unpgagged himself since his pgag was unjust and shouldnt have been permanent, so my ungag did nothing.

No, that's what happens when you break the rules. You get punished. A pgag when you're admin isn't good enough because you can just remove it whenever and continue mic spamming when there aren't any other admins on.

Well he is a good admin and does not abuse without punishing himself afterwards so you can place full trust in him on not unpgagging himself when there are no admins on. He was also already punished but you had to go ahead and fuck everything up

He did not re pgag himself, I was the one to pgag him to which he regagged himself.
