Adolf propblocked my base before removing it, and placing incredibly bright wire lights in my base, and putting a wheel over the entrance to kill players. He refused to remove them.

last image doesnt prove its your base, so idk how to give proper input except for the prop, that does look like its purpose is to prop kill

The prop spinning quickly to kill people leaving base is against the rules, don't know the punishment for it though.

Prop kill is usually a day unless they were doing other stuff on top of that.
