grenade restriction

i've seen plenty of users (and some members+ too but those are more bearable) throwing piles of thermite/gas grenades against a base, sure there are gatekeepers but that doesn't matter when you already have keepers down and some whitename gets your tac through a wall and blinds you inside your base.

i just ask that arc CW grenades get restricted to members+
