OriginalCZ and UHC wont let me base

I am trying to make a base for me and Bengis to bhop in when TheOriginalCZ and UHC keep deleting it, they say that I'm building in their base when I'm clearly not.  They think they can take the entire map as their base and prevent people from building but they can't.

As an eyewitness i can confirm he wasnt building in their base. Also, the server was lagging and the map was cleared, and when i made my base CZ blocked it off and UHC said it was fine.

Cz was basing in the elevator.
