Report on Bengis

This is a report on @Bengis. He's done nothing but annoy and cause problems for players. This is a report to get him kicked out of LFG (again) because so many of us have had enough of him.

1. @Bengis constantly bends and loopholes the rules. That's something he does almost every single time he gets on. The only reason he does it is to annoy players. Here's 3 examples:

a. The mazes. This was something that @Pixel and @Demonik1 did, yes but that doesn't make him any less responsible. This had to be turned into a rule cause they kept blocking spawn. (Yes, I'm aware I wasn't against it, but that doesn't mean no one else had an issue with it)

b. Roadblocks. This had a poll created because once again he constantly blocks the roads. He only does this on race maps because most people will use cars and it stops them for doing it.

c. He has frequently placed flashing no collide props in specific locations, to once again just annoy players. The ban appeal he made recently isn't the only example, he's done it on tons of different maps almost every single time he is on. He loopholes the "prop block", "do not block players vision (kinda)" and "place props randomly throughout the map" rule.

2. He has doxed 2 people. That being @Shelby01 and @zackadiax247. He posted Shelby's face and his home number in chatbox just recently.





3. Other players have feared @Bengis because of what he does. It sounds trivial, but since he's managed to dox 2 people through a dropbox exploit (which a lot of PAC4 users use), he can do it to many people easily.


4. He steals players E2's and PACs. There is proof of this in reports against him for this

5. Harassing players. Some range from insulting in chatbox and rep, to targeting specific players with the loophole rules.

This shows that @Bengis hasn't changed and continues be an annoyance. I think he's run out of chances at this point.

I agree with this. In my opinion Bengis has crossed the line way too far; doxxing is a serious thing and a crime basically everywhere. Bengis has run out of chances and action needs to be taken.

To start, I would say that he's gone through enough chances to just be worth getting rid of in the first place, even without the doxxing issue. We gave him chances, but at this point all he does is hurt the rest of LFG and their community.

However, beyond that I would say doxxing people is more then worthy of a ban itself. He has gone beyond just breaking the server rules, he is actually breaking the law. Just as a CYA banning him would show that LFG as a whole respects the law, while leaving him unbanned would show that LFG allows doxxing, and would be subject to whatever relevant laws there are (I am not a lawyer but even Twitter has been sued over other stuff like this).

This thread is sad, you really are trying to remove someone from the community just based off the fact you do not like them.

Every example you used inside of this thread is a twist on reality in some way.

First off @Bengis finding loopholes in the rules is not against the rules itself, @Bengis gets on to poke fun at the exploitable anger issues that some users on LFG possess.

Mazes where something everybody did not just @Bengis but yet you want to try and pin all the responsibility on him.  @Deucedemon created the original spawn maze and expanded from there with me and @Bengis.  Classic old fun that hurt nobody because it never actually blocked spawn (a stretch of your truth).  It simply extended spawn and created a challenging way to leave (not that it mattered because everyone just used E2 to leave spawn.)  After this became a rule @Bengis did not do this again and neither did me and @Deucedemon

Roadblocks have only been created with permission from @SaintLuther or on more open maps where it's not propblock.  You straight up used a screenshot of me doing it (with permission) and tried to pin it on @Bengis lmfao.

The cubes aren't against the rules, he isn't using E2 or PAC3, it's also not at all bad because it goes invisible when you walk through it.

@Shelby01 deserves what he got, it was entirely his fault that @Bengis did what he did, he literally posts his full name and face publicly already for us all to see, @Bengis didn't even post his address he posted numbers in the chat, he posted a PUBLIC picture of him (SOMETHING @Shelby01 POSTED HIMSELF) but instead in the chatbox.

Nobody actually fears @Bengis you're just trying to paint the picture that way, he's just someone who partakes in a little bit of trolling, something we need on LFG.

You're posting year old reports about @Bengis stealing PACs, you can't steal peoples E2s you're an idiot.

It's very obvious that the poll looks the way it does, clearly you've passed around the poll and are getting all of your friends, active or inactive, to vote in your own favor.  This is something that I myself could do too but it completely defeats the purpose, just man up and accept that someone is on LFG that you do not like and continue on like the rest of us, he barely even logs on anyways I think you can handle him being here.

We literally allow actual pedophiles to be members on LFG @Elkie, people who actually prey on children but yet someone who likes to have fun poking at people isn't?
