New Contact System

I do realize that the forums are a thing, but I think that a command on Prop Hunt that allows players to contact admin/operators of the server even if they are offline the forum or not in game. Like sending it directly to the Staff through a steam notification of sorts. Maybe even posting my Steam name so that they can contact me directly without me having to be on all the time. For example an accessible list on Prop Hunt where you can put a command into the chat and bring up a list of admin then be able to click on that and send staff a help message and also display their name as well. Kindof like a steam chat thing but through the server. This may not be the greatest idea but I think this would be decently helpful. :   good day to you all.

I already have a system in place to do this, I just haven't used it. Players can make a request for an admin, and it will email all admins of that server of the issue, one admin can claim the request so that the others know it's taken care of, and that admin deals with it. There's also a web control panel that allows them to chat with players on the server, etc. without joining and a lot of other cool stuff...

Id use it....seems like a pretty good idea. If the other Staff for Prop Hunt did not feel like doing this id do it anyway and take the responsibility. As you may know Prop Hunt is my Baby.....The more helpful the server is to people, perhaps the more people will join as that will make it seem like we truly want their feedback and help. If this goes into effect (which I truly hope this does) ill do whatever necessary to help out on this. Regardless thanks for hearing my opinion.
