You can't be entirely mad at Darude, If the vote said 4/12 then someone shoulda had common sense to deny it. On top of that, Trueno was also Right there with him RDMing for the easter egg. And everyone who WAS RDMed forgave it bc they wasnted to see it done so he kinda abused. Thats why he didnt answer any reports after round according to chat.

During the previous map, when we were trying to get the easter egg done, there was a loooot of RDM going on. Innocents, T's trying to extent the round, but nobody really cared because we wanted to get it done. I don't even know what happened there. I just know we were both on the server at the same time.

He didn't rdm multiple people. He rdmed Trueno for 3 rounds straight and said in voice: "I'm going to RDM him every round for not voting for the map."

A bit different, I mentioned that I would the first round, and the second on I said I would until somebody told me to stop, because nobody seemed to care. I probably should've taken the whole "stop acting like a child" as a stop, but in the moment, I just saw it as him being rude (and rightfully so, I sorta shot him). Had the admin on the server or him had said anything more clearly, I would've stopped. Everything I've said in my appeal and these replies is what happened. Although I agree I deserved SOMETHING for being a dick to this guy, I doubt it was a 5 day ban for a first offense on what I would call 2 and a half RDMs (As he had killed himself with a prop on one of the rounds). Basically, first round I was a T and killed him, I believe the second he suicide, the third and the fourth I killed him and was promptly votebanned by the minority.

I'm acknowledging that I screwed up, hell I'd give the guy an apology if I saw him or had a form of communication with him. The main issue I have with it is that I had no warning from an admin that was on the server, I only technically RDM'd the guy twice, using it as an excuse to get a free kill on my T round. Looking at it that way, 2 RDMs isn't grounds for a 5 day ban. That brings me to the other issue I have with the ban, which was the vote. If it were a majority, it would be fine, and I wouldn't even appeal it if that many people wanted me out. A 4 to 8 vote shouldn't go through, regardless of what was done.

People are replying faster than I can, lol. As I said before, I killed the guy as an innocent, two times. Originally, I had thought it were 3 times, but thinking back it had only been twice. I doubt me killing the guy twice deserves a 5 day ban. Maybe slightly shorter at most, but definitely not this long.

Furthermore, everyone was sad he couldn't get the easter egg done. They let him kill them and if they hadn't he shoulda been banned on the spot. So Trueno got killed one time and He dropped a ban on him for "the people's opinion" and got 4/12 and passed. SO the people were on his side, but trueno was just had PMS. The people even booed when the ban passed bc they werent against his actions.

Idk what your talking about, during the submarine map i only joined in time to go to spec dm and then vote for the map, i never even got to kill, and i voted banned him on krusty krab for rdming me for not voting on submarine again. so you need to get your facts straight

darude did kill me 4 times during a map rotation then i vote banned him for 5 days. then when other admins got on they asked what happened and i explained to them and then through their reasoning i realized that 5 days was a bit much so we agreed on a lesser ban so your ban was decreased.
