This thread is sad, you really are trying to remove someone from the community just based off the fact you do not like them.

Every example you used inside of this thread is a twist on reality in some way.

First off @Bengis finding loopholes in the rules is not against the rules itself, @Bengis gets on to poke fun at the exploitable anger issues that some users on LFG possess.

Mazes where something everybody did not just @Bengis but yet you want to try and pin all the responsibility on him.  @Deucedemon created the original spawn maze and expanded from there with me and @Bengis.  Classic old fun that hurt nobody because it never actually blocked spawn (a stretch of your truth).  It simply extended spawn and created a challenging way to leave (not that it mattered because everyone just used E2 to leave spawn.)  After this became a rule @Bengis did not do this again and neither did me and @Deucedemon

Roadblocks have only been created with permission from @SaintLuther or on more open maps where it's not propblock.  You straight up used a screenshot of me doing it (with permission) and tried to pin it on @Bengis lmfao.

The cubes aren't against the rules, he isn't using E2 or PAC3, it's also not at all bad because it goes invisible when you walk through it.

@Shelby01 deserves what he got, it was entirely his fault that @Bengis did what he did, he literally posts his full name and face publicly already for us all to see, @Bengis didn't even post his address he posted numbers in the chat, he posted a PUBLIC picture of him (SOMETHING @Shelby01 POSTED HIMSELF) but instead in the chatbox.

Nobody actually fears @Bengis you're just trying to paint the picture that way, he's just someone who partakes in a little bit of trolling, something we need on LFG.

You're posting year old reports about @Bengis stealing PACs, you can't steal peoples E2s you're an idiot.

It's very obvious that the poll looks the way it does, clearly you've passed around the poll and are getting all of your friends, active or inactive, to vote in his favor.  This is something that I myself could do too but it completely defeats the purpose, just man up and accept that someone is on LFG that you do not like and continue on like the rest of us, he barely even logs on anyways I think you can handle him being here.

1. i know its not a rule, the whole reason im pointing it out is because he does it to solely annoy players. he has no other reason for doing it.

2. Oh did I pin it all on him? even though I mentioned you and deuce doing it? hmmm. Yeah, he stopped doing it because since it's a rule he cant exactly loophole, he decided not to.

3. Yes, you have permission (technically), but only because you didn't want to end up banned for your twisting on the rules and that screenshot literally has Bengis's name on it.

4. The cubes aren't against the rules (like i said), and Bengis does it to just be a nuisance. Don't try claiming something I didn't say.

5. I heard it from other members, i didn't just come up with it.

6. Ok it doesn't include E2's, but the  PACs are proved

7. Nope, I didn't pass this poll to others at all. Other members did plonker. I didn't create this for myself alone, I created it because a lot of members are tired of his bs. I guess they hate him a lot. Do you honestly think if they didn't hate him so much and weren't tired of everything he does, they would have still voted to pban?

I will admit i did do some of those things, but I should still explain myself. Loopholes do not equal to actually breaking the rules for one, and I barely ever get on. Also, about the roadblocks, first off, saint said himself we can make them, and also, you can literally usually just go around or over them, its really not hard. My flashing cubes are: no collided, invisible inside of them, and so big you almost never see them unless you're outside of their massive radius, and when you are, you can just look away from them. The "do not block players vision" rule doesn't apply to props, and it really doesn't even block much vision at all, its more of a slight annoyance if anything. I dont place them randomly, its clearly in a shape every time, because I'm not an autist and I organize stuff. As for this so called "doxxing" I can explain what happened. Essentially, I got bored and looked up shelby01 because why not lol. It immediately popped up with his instagram, which i looked at. He openly had his mom's post in his tagged posts, so i looked at that and found that image. As for zackadiax, we've cleared this up on steam and as far as I'm aware he doesn't care. 
As for stealing e2 and pac, I've never stolen an e2, that was a lie made up because I said I did to make zack pissed, and it worked. I stole zacks pacs once, and i regret it. For harrassment, it was a single reputation, not harassment because he A. didnt tell me so stop, and B. I havent gone to any lengths to make fun of him on any other social platforms.

Finally, UHC in his last ditch effort to find any kind of evidence to ban me, brings up a report that saint even said was completely false and made no sense.

P.S. Shelby, you really need to learn about internet safety, you literally have your mom on your instagram which also the same name as your lfg forums name, if you dont feel like changing that at least delete her and your dad from whitepages and other websites like it.

2. Doxing isn't a federal crime and theres no warrant for it, but before you even bring up harrasment or stalking, benghis doesn't travel so it isnt a violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2261A to prove doxing can cause harm, he isnt a government agent or state actor so 18 U.S. Code § 119 doesnt make the doxing illegal. The only two avenues to make it a crime make it impossible to be illegal with those two codes. Ignore this entire argument on doxing.

3. You guys manufacture fear in order to make him seem worse than he, hes playing fucking sandbox this isn't bannable nor breaking a rule because you think hes rude to you

5. "Harassing" players is completely subjective if you know benghis him saying "r*pable and fat n**er" arent uncommon and thats take directly from instagram irony communities. Theres no brightline on what constitute harrassment especially when there isnt an actual threat.

6. Here is a case where he gets a one day ban for propblocking but you are so focused on getting your revenge / maximum ban time on him you just pile shit up. ill explain why this matters in a second.

conclusion - A common theme on the internet right now is putting together a massive amount of disinformation and out of context shit against somebody and hoping if atleast ONE of the accusations is true, then all of them are true. AT MOST, benghis is guilty of stealing E2 and any other breaking of rules here doesnt justify being banned. When you look at exactly what rules he broke, it doesn't come close to justifying a permanent ban. But because you lumped them all together, it makes him look so much worse than he is.
I did these exact same fucking report back in my day to get somebody banned and its because it works. But dont fall for the bullshit that the feelings-squad has against benghis just because they dont like him. They have proven time and time again they dont like him and simply want him banned so they dont have to deal with him. Absolutely nothing here justifys a perma-ban and this is fucking ridiculous.
